Life Mastery Inc. Terms of Service

Policy Introduction

Welcome to Life Mastery Inc. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and any related materials (collectively referred to as the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You also affirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Life Mastery Inc. provides a range of life coaching services, including but not limited to:
• Individual Coaching: Personalized one-on-one coaching sessions tailored to your specific goals and challenges.
• Group Coaching: Interactive group sessions that foster community support and shared learning experiences.
• Workshops and Webinars: Educational events focused on various topics related to personal development and mastery.
• Digital Resources: Access to online courses, e-books, and other materials designed to enhance your personal growth journey.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your password and account information.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
• Using the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users or coaches.
• Disrupting the normal flow of communication in group settings.
• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees
All fees for our Services are clearly stated on our website. By registering for a program or service, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

4.2 Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website, including credit cards and other electronic payment options.

4.3 Refund Policy
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
• Individual Coaching: A full refund is available for sessions canceled at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions.
• Group Coaching: Refunds for group coaching programs will be issued only if requested within seven days of purchase and prior to attending any sessions.
• Workshops/Webinars: Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our Services—including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and other materials—remains the property of Life Mastery Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content without our prior written consent.

 

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services at our discretion without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to others or contrary to our interests.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• Life Mastery Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.
• Our total liability for any claims arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in question during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Life Mastery Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ontario.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services:
1. You agree first to attempt informal resolution by contacting us at Your Email Address.
2. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days from your initial contact with us regarding the dispute, either party may initiate arbitration as outlined below.

11.1 Arbitration
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration administered by Arbitration Association in accordance with its rules. The arbitration will take place in Ontario and both parties agree to waive their right to a jury trial.

 

12. Compliance with Laws  

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your use of our Services including but not limited to privacy laws under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other relevant provincial legislation regarding consumer protection.
